- Maintains and manages leasing accounts on different platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Zillow, Apartment.com etc.; Reaches out to potential tenants proactively and responds to their inquiries
- Collaborates with Marketing department closely and follows up with all the leads generated from different channels
- Innovates and implements promotion strategies including but not limiting to online/offline advertisements, (virtual) open house activities, and community succession activities
- Participates in the brainstorm and meetings to initiate the sales plan for different seasons with flexible strategies
- Gets familiar with all the properties, creates the introduction strategy and techniques; Provides potential tenants with relevant information in a timely manner
- Consults with prospective tenants to identify requirements and budgets then refers available properties based on their needs
- Display properties for potential tenants in (virtual/field) tours and online communications (phone call/video call) of facilities and available units
- Demonstrates an intermediate understanding of “Landlord and Tenant Law”, “Residential Real Estate Law” and related lawsuits; sends essential documents/notices/letters to tenants according to requirement of time frame; responses and negotiates with tenants on specific terms and conditions
- Communicates with tenants for necessary paperwork (leases/contracts, agreements, statements, etc.) and supports the check-in / check-out processes
- Assists Property Management team to carry out pre/post inspection, daily maintenance/cleaning requests
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor degree or above is preferred
- 1 year experience in sales, leasing, real estate or related fields
- Familiarity of social media platforms operations (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Craigslist, Instagram etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and customer orientation
- Excellent capability in quick learning and pressure handing
- Knowledge of residential real estate law and practices
- Proven working experience as leasing agent is preferred
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.) and Google Suites
