Penn’s Office of Investments is excited to offer a unique and immersive leadership program. The experience is designed for motivated college sophomores from backgrounds historically underrepresented in the investment management industry and/or who are committed to developing greater diversity in the field. Program participants will learn about a range of asset classes by engaging directly with Penn’s senior investment professionals and with some of the world class investment firms with whom Penn partners. The program will expose participants to the breadth of strategies within the investment field and will provide a deeper understanding of what investors do on a daily basis. The curated program agenda will also incorporate interactive training, mentorship, and networking sessions designed to help candidates prepare to explore positions in investment management.
No prior investing experience is required to participate in the program. Accepted candidates will receive accelerated consideration for our 2023 summer internship positions.
