Position Summary
- WWLT is seeking a highly motivated **AI Software Developer Intern** to support the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered applications and automation tools.
- This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with leadership and contribute to real-world AI initiatives using modern technologies such as large language models (LLMs), agent frameworks, and retrieval-based systems.
- The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, a curiosity for emerging AI technologies, and a desire to apply those tools in a business environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in developing AI-powered applications using modern LLMs (GPT-5 class models, Claude, etc.)
- Support the design and implementation of AI agents and automation workflows
- Help build and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and knowledge systems
- Contribute to backend development in Python and/or .NET
- Integrate AI tools with internal systems and APIs
- Test, debug, and optimize system performance
- Research emerging AI technologies and propose practical applications for the business
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience working with modern LLMs (GPT, Claude, or similar)
- Familiarity with agent frameworks (AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar)
- Understanding of RAG concepts and vector databases
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Basic experience building or working with REST APIs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core
- Familiarity with API security (OAuth2, JWT, IAM, Azure AD)
- Experience integrating systems via APIs or webhooks
- Exposure to large datasets (structured and unstructured)
- Interest or experience in real estate, title insurance, fintech, or regulated industries
