We are pleased to invite you to reserve your 2022-2023 full-time and summer internship interview and employer information session dates with the University of Pennsylvania. While we are encouraging employers to return to campus in person, and are planning for a robust fall recruiting season, the health, safety and comfort levels of our students, staff and employer partners remains our highest priority. We are therefore offering both an in person and virtual component to all our employer engagements. We will begin accepting reservations on Monday, June 6, 2022, for on-campus interview dates and Monday, June 15, 2022, for employer information session dates, both beginning at 12:00 noon EDT.
If you haven’t already done so, please sign up for a Handshake account and connect with the University of Pennsylvania in order to request interview and employer information session dates, and to sign up for career fairs for the coming academic year.
Room reservations will be allocated to organizations on a time-stamped first-come, first-served basis and we will make every effort to accommodate your first-choice date. If a date you request is unavailable; we will assign you to the next available date.

Important Recruiting Dates to Remember
- Fall term full-time AND summer internship interviews will begin simultaneously on Thursday, September 22, 2022, and end on Friday, December 9, 2022.
- Spring term full-time and summer internship interviews begin on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 and end on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.
- Fall term employer information sessions for full time and summer internship positions will begin on Tuesday, August 30, 2022.
- Spring term employer information sessions begin on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.
Interview Room Reservation & Employer information Sessions Fees
There will be no fees associated with interview rooms nor will there be processing fees for information sessions. Please note, that if you choose to conduct your interviews and/or information sessions at the Inn at Penn Hotel, the Sheraton Hotel or Perelman Quad in Houston Hall, there will be room fee charges posed by those venues.
In addition to on-campus recruiting, we will hold a variety of career fairs (including those focusing on business, technical/engineering, biosciences & research, government & non-profit, and nursing) during the 2022-2023 recruiting season. We will begin accepting registrations for Fall 2022 career fairs on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. Note that we will not be approving, and invoicing career fair registrations submitted through Handshake until July 1.
The Diversity Recruitment Networking Event
This year we will host a diversity recruiting networking series in addition to our career fairs to provide students a valuable opportunity to build connections with employers who are focused on diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. You may learn more about these events here.
