Please note:
- Requests should be made a minimum of 3-4 weeks in advance. All requests will be considered, but those submitted with less than four weeks notice have a lesser chance of being granted.
- Career Services staff are generally available for programs Monday-Friday until 7pm. For programs later in the evenings or on the weekends, staffing may be provided by one of our Peer Career Advisors or Graduate Assistants if available but is not guaranteed.
- Priority is given to programming for audiences served by our office.
- For Photo Booth requests, reservations are only available for groups of 10 or more. Otherwise, it self-serve and first come, first serve. See more information here.
- Do not use this form to request an appointment with a career advisor or to ask a question. If you are a student or alumni served by our office, appointments can be arranged via Handshake.
