Disability:IN

Disability:IN is the leading nonprofit resource for business disability inclusion worldwide. Our network of over 500 corporations expands opportunities for people with disabilities across enterprises. Our central office and 25 Affiliates serve as the collective voice to effect change for people with disabilities in business.

Disability:IN NextGen Leaders are college students and recent graduates with disabilities, including veterans, who bring top talent for corporate America. NextGen Leaders have the opportunity to connect with organizations across all industries. Leaders are matched one-on-one with mentors from Disability:IN Corporate Partners as part of a six-month mentorship program. This culminates in an all-expense paid trip to the Disability:IN Annual Conference where they network and interview with companies. Students that are accepted into the program meet virtually twice a month with a corporate mentor, participate in professional development webinars, and receive notifications of job opportunities throughout the year.
