Where is my interview room?
The Career Services student interview rooms are located in our building at 3935 Walnut Street, suite 200. There are 2 rooms currently available for student reservations, and rooms must be reserved 24 hours in advance. See the below map for the exact location of rooms and amenities, and you can book a room through LibCal.

What happens if I get locked out of my room?
The Career Services main office is located one floor above the student interview rooms – please come to the main front desk and someone can unlock the room for you.
Do I need to check in or check out of my room with someone?
You do not need to check in at the main desk for your interview at this time. A room schedule will be posted on each door to show the daily bookings, and we ask that you be respectful of other student’s reservation times. When you are finished with the space, please take all belongings and trash with you and check that the door is not locked.
How can I connect to Wi-Fi in the interview room?
Students can connect to AirPennNet or AirPennNet-Guest. To connect to AirPennNet-Guest:
- Connect to AirPennNet-Guest as you normally would on your PC or mobile device.
- Open a web browser.
- Read and accept the Acceptable Use Policy terms and conditions for using AirPennNet-Guest.
- Enter a valid email address.
- i.e. jane.doe@gmail.com
- Click Submit.
Troubleshooting Your Wireless Connection
If you are not presented with a webpage detailing the Acceptable Use Policy terms and conditions for using AirPennNet-Guest upon launching your web browser, attempt to navigate to any website (i.e. www.google.com) and you should be redirected automatically.
