Workshop description:
As a professional in higher education, negotiating a job offer is not something that you will necessarily have lots of experience with, and so how do you go from being a novice negotiator to feeling like a natural? Join us for this workshop to learn about strategies for effective negotiation. In this workshop, advisors from Penn Career Services will cover the typical negotiating timeline, what can be negotiated, how to do research prior to negotiation, and then will share some best practices for communicating with hiring managers confidently and optimistically.
