Workshop description:While some doctoral students have a firm idea of how they want to leverage their degree once they graduate, many students can feel uncertain about how their degrees are valued in the world of work. In this session, advisors from Penn Career Services will walk you through the career exploration process to highlight the steps you can be taking to identify careers that value your doctoral degree. Advisors will also share some best practices and resources that can help you to talk more confidently about the skills you have gained in academia as you think about careers beyond.
