2024 All Industries Virtual Career Fair
Friday, September 20th | 11AM – 4PM EST
For more information and to register, visit this link.
Employer deadline to register: September 11th @ 10AM EST
Note: Employers are most successful with virtual fairs when they register with enough time to set their schedule in the platform so that students can browse and select times to meet. Student registration will begin on the morning of September 16th so our employer deadline reflects allowing time for employers to properly setup their schedule in advance.
Our virtual career fair will provide the opportunity to speak informally with highly-qualified students and postdocs interested in learning about your organization and collect resumes from interested candidates. The fair is attended by students in all of Penn’s undergraduate programs as well as many graduate students, postdocs, and alumni across the university. Candidates seeking post-graduate positions and sophomores and juniors seeking internships will attend.
Join us for one of Penn’s main recruiting events in the fall that focuses on connecting employers with Penn’s diverse population of students and postdocs from various majors, backgrounds and disciplines. Take this opportunity to showcase your internship and full-time opportunities to 1000+ students, postdocs, and alumni.
This career fair is open to all industries including opportunities for those interested in consulting, communications, consumer products, education, entertainment, finance, government, journalism, manufacturing, marketing, media, non-profits, research, retail, and more.
Participate in this virtual career fair to enjoy these featured advantages:
- ACCESS TOP TALENT: Penn undergraduate/graduate students and postdocs are driven and engaged, and bring with them strong research experiences, and transferable skills applicable to careers beyond research.
- ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A PRESENCE AT PENN: Build a recruiting pipeline for future candidates by sharing best practices about your hiring and opportunities.
Penn’s community is eager to make a connection with employers interested in their wide range of technical and transferable skills, and you can be confident that you will find the high caliber candidates that you are seeking.
What is the format?
For this virtual event, employers will be able to use the Handshake platform to schedule 1:1 and groups sessions with students, postdocs, and alumni. For more information on the Handshake virtual career fair experiences, please click here.
Employers with specific job opportunities can identify these during the registration process by uploading positions to Handshake, and then easily linking to these during the registration process. These opportunities will be highlighted in the pre-event outreach and marketing to students and postdocs interested in attending the fair.
