**Peer Career Advisor Virtual Pop-Ins**

Peer Career Advisors are a highly trained team of undergraduate students who can answer their fellow undergrads’ quick questions about resumes & cover letters, using Handshake, job & internship searches, networking and more. Pop-ins are 15-minute, first-come first-serve chats.
To Schedule: Undergrads, choose “Pop-in: Peer Career Advisors” as the appointment type in Handshake to see the day’s availability.
Please note students are permitted to sign up for one pop-in per day.

Pre-Law Peer Coach Appointments

The Peer Coaches are often available after hours on the same day you need to answer basic questions and help you identify resources to make the most of your unique path.
To Schedule: Request an appointment via Handshake to talk about your classes, extracurricular activities and how to develop your interest in health care at Penn.

**Advisor Same Day Virtual Drop-ins**

Drop-ins are 15-minute virtual chat sessions with a career advisor. Within that 15 minutes, advisors will address minor resume and cover letter questions, or quickly touch base on your career-related concerns (i.e. best practices to prep for an interview, negotiate offers, or start career exploration activities). If your needs are more extensive than a 15 minute session can reasonably address, please instead search for the next available Career Advising appointment.

To Schedule: Monday – Friday beginning at 9:15 AM ET, students may view availability in Handshake and request a Drop-in 15 minute session for later that day. Advisor Same Day Virtual Drop-ins are offered based on availability of each team’s advisors. When requesting a Drop-in, you may opt to meet via Handshake or Online Video Conference (via Zoom). Please check for a confirmation message from Handshake if and when your Drop-in request is approved by the advisor, which will include your link to join at the appointed time. (If you do not receive a confirmation within 10 minutes of your requested session, please check your spam folder, just in case!)


College of Arts & Sciences Undergrads	Starting January 14, CAS Same-Day Advising drop-ins are virtual, Monday-Thursday from 1-2pm. Please check Handshake for availability or call our office at (215) 898-7531 to leave a message for an advisor.
Engineering (Undergrads & Master’s)	SEAS Team advising drop-ins are posted in Handshake, please check for daily availability or call our office at (215) 898-7531 to submit a message for the SEAS advisor on-call that day.
Wharton Undergrads	Tuesday: 1PM – 3PM in SHDH1400 Thursday: 2PM – 4PM in SHDH1400
Graduate Students & Postdocs	Please check Handshake for daily availability
