Welcome Employers!

All of our employer engagement activities including our fall career fairs, employer information sessions, and “on-campus” interviews will be conducted virtually. Please see our recruiting invitation email for more information on recruiting activities planned for the fall.

Penn Career Services offers many opportunities for employers to engage with Penn students including on-campus interviews, coffee chats, information sessions, and a wide range of career fairs.  Our Handshake recruiting platform is your gateway to arranging all of these on-campus events and also the resource for posting jobs and internships for Penn students and alumni. Career Services staff members are happy to work with employers who would like to develop a recruiting strategy to be most successful on campus. We find that the most successful employers are those with a consistent presence on campus which helps to develop a strong employer brand at Penn.
