Fall 2020 Recruiting Update!

The University announced last week that it will open in a hybrid form this coming fall. Because we expect that some students will opt to continue to study remotely, and because many of our employer partners still have staff travel restrictions in place, we have decided that all of our employer engagement activities including our fall career fairs, employer information sessions, and “on- campus” interviews will be conducted virtually. 

Penn Career Services offers many opportunities for employers to engage with Penn students on campus including on-campus interviews, coffee chats, information sessions, and a wide range of career fairs.  Our Handshake recruiting platform is your gateway to arranging all of these on-campus events and also the resource for posting jobs and internships for Penn students and alumni. Career Services staff members are happy to work with employers who would like to develop a recruiting strategy to be most successful on campus. We find that the most successful employers are those with a consistent presence on campus which helps to develop a strong employer brand at Penn.
