Penn Career Services offers many opportunities for employers to engage with Penn students including on-campus interviews, coffee chats, information sessions, and a wide range of career fairs. 

Our Fall Career Fairs and employer information sessions will be conducted in person and virtually. You have the option of conducting interviews virtually or on campus in our On-Campus Interview Suite. For other updates about the 2024-2025 recruiting season, check out our Fall Newsletter.

Getting Started

Our Handshake recruiting platform is your gateway to arranging all these on-campus events and the resource for posting jobs and internships for Penn students and alumni. If you are looking for help using Handshake, the Handshake Help Center can answer questions about your account, scheduling interviews, and setting up information sessions.
