Fall 2020 Recruiting Update!
All of our employer engagement activities including our fall career fairs, employer information sessions, and “on- campus” interviews will be conducted virtually.
Penn Career Services offers many opportunities for employers to engage with Penn students including on-campus interviews, coffee chats, information sessions, and a wide range of career fairs. Our Handshake recruiting platform is your gateway to arranging all of these on-campus events and also the resource for posting jobs and internships for Penn students and alumni. Career Services staff members are happy to work with employers who would like to develop a recruiting strategy to be most successful on campus. We find that the most successful employers are those with a consistent presence on campus which helps to develop a strong employer brand at Penn.
Our Recruiting Manager is Debra Koita and our Recruiting Coordinator is Gabrielle Smith. Please do feel free to reach out to them to discuss your recruiting needs.
Receive welcoming all-round support at our Interview Suite right in the heart of campus for all your full-time and internship interview needs.
For more information, please visit the On-Campus Interviewing page and be sure to review our Employer Offer Guidelines and On-Campus Recruiting Policies.
