The 2024 Spring Career + Internship Fair will provide the opportunity to speak informally with highly qualified students interested in learning about your organization and collect resumes from interested students. The fair is attended by undergraduates from Wharton, College of Arts and Sciences, and Engineering, as well as a variety of non-MBA graduate students. Students seeking post-graduate positions and sophomores and juniors seeking internships will attend.

Join us for one of Penn’s main recruiting events this spring that focuses on connecting employers with Penn’s diverse population of students from various majors, backgrounds and disciplines. Take this opportunity to showcase your internship and full-time opportunities to 1000+ students and alumni.

Participate in this career fair to enjoy these featured advantages:

  • ACCESS TOP TALENT: Penn undergraduate/graduate students are driven and engaged, and bring with them strong transferable skills applicable to many different industries.
  • ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A PRESENCE AT PENN: Build a recruiting pipeline for future candidates by sharing best practices about your hiring and opportunities.

Penn students are eager to make connections with employers interested in their wide range of technical and transferable skills, and you can be confident that you will find the high caliber of students that you are seeking.

What is the format?

For this in-person event, each registered employer will have up to 3 chairs and a 6-foot table for handouts, information, and displays, as well as a sign identifying the organization. Students will speak to employers at the tables. Employers with specific job opportunities can identify these during the registration process by uploading positions to Handshake, and then easily linking to these during the registration process. These opportunities will be highlighted in career fair handouts, and in pre-event outreach and marketing to students interested in attending the fair. Information on shipping for supplies related to the career fair will be shared when registrations are confirmed.

Please take note of these best practices around shipping:

  • Please label all boxes clearly with the name of your organization, as well as the total number of boxes expected.
  • Please inform any third-party shippers (i.e., the company that sends your boxes of t-shirts, etc.) of the need to include your organization name on your package(s); in the event boxes are not labeled, our staff will attempt to identify your package to ensure it’s delivered to your table.
  • BEST PRACTICE: Include a completed RETURN label for each of your packages for your shipper of choice (i.e., FedEx, UPS, DHL), and provide your representatives with instructions on how to return or re-ship your items to your next event.
  • Please note: items intended for return shipping may not be left at the facility without proper return labeling, postage, and notification to the shipper for pick-up. Event staff are not able to arrange shipment on behalf of your organization.
