We’re looking to hire Strategic Communications Consultants to help us develop engaging, creative, and high-quality strategic communications assets for our clients in the private and public sectors.
As a specialist at GTG, you’ll work closely with our high-profile clients to understand their strategic objectives and communications needs, gather information on new projects, lead workshops, and collaborate in the development of high-quality communications deliverables.
You’ll work on a wide range of projects, including presentations, economic reports, social media, websites, videos, and communications strategies. You will coordinate with other teams, both internal and external, to ensure every project deliverable is finished to an extremely high standard and delivered to agreed deadlines.
We work in close partnership with our clients, spending plenty of time on-site offering guidance and working on project deliverables, so someone with excellent relationship buildings skills who enjoys this element of their work would be a great fit for this role.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to understand their requirements and help shape their vision
- Assist in client interviews, workshops, and strategy sessions
- Research industry-related topics and news
- Prepare communications and media plans
- Prepare well-structured content outlines and drafts for strategies, reports, presentations, press releases, speeches, talking points, and websites.
- Take the lead on a variety of communications projects
- Coordinate both internal and external resources including sub-editors, designers, web developers, translators in the delivery of high-quality content
- Create and draft social media content calendars
- Prepare digital and media monitoring and performance reports
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and Gantt charts

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, business, economics, journalism, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
