Role Overview:
As the Content, Social, and PR Associate, you’ll be instrumental in managing Instalily’s digital communications. This role is a great fit for those who are adept at crafting engaging content, running our corporate social media accounts, and writing PR pieces. You’ll be responsible for bringing the essence of Instalily to life, appealing to our diverse audience through your creative and strategic content creation.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Coordination: Develop content for and manage our social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.) to boost brand visibility, engage audiences, and foster community interactions.
- Content Creation: Produce a range of materials including blog posts, social media updates, and press releases that resonate with our audience and align with our brand identity.
- PR Activities: Assist in writing press releases and managing communications with the media to ensure positive and widespread coverage of our innovations and achievements.
- Brand Messaging Consistency: Maintain uniformity in brand messaging across all platforms, reinforcing Instalily’s values and mission.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of social media and PR campaigns, using insights to inform future content strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong foundation in social media coordination, content creation, and public relations, ideally demonstrated through internships or related project work.
- Excellent writing and editing capabilities, with the ability to craft engaging content for a variety of channels and audiences.
- Creative flair for storytelling and a keen eye for visual content.
- Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals and SEO best practices.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to content ideation and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
