Description
We are currently seeking a part-time intern to work between about 20 hours per week, across 3 days at minimum. We are open to a fully remote working schedule.
Ideal Candidate: Junior to Senior year college student, flexible, positive attitude, interest in fashion marketing and brands.
This is an unpaid internship position in exchange for college credit.
Qualifications
- Experience using all of the following social media tools (including new features): YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest
- Capable of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, ethics, and good judgment. Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA)
- Currently enrolled in college with a focus on graphic design, marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
- Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, AfterEffects) to enhance and manipulate images.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience using them for business purposes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead creative for social posting for the Oz Lane Agency and Founder’s Instagram accounts
- Assist with a website refresh
- Creating assets for affiliate marketing strategy including instagram story sets and occasional blog posts/ email blasts
- • Assist the photo retouching as needed
- Support the team in developing branding materials, such as logos, business cards, and promotional materials
- Updating talent media kits as needed
