The Financial Arts Management Intern will work with the Finance Director and the Finance Associate on the daily bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative needs of the organization.
Responsibilities
Assisting with financial management operations; learning accounting software; assisting with accounts payable, account reconciliation, credit card purchases, and petty cash processing; helping update budgeting & forecasting spreadsheets; assisting with HR paperwork; and scanning and filing vendor documents.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and organized, a problem solver, and able to handle multiple projects at once. Must have an affinity for numbers, a love of puzzles, and be comfortable with excel. Prefer candidates with academic backgrounds in Arts Administration, Business/Management, or Accounting.
