Job Description:
Schneps Media is seeking a Creative Director Assistant Intern to join our team. The intern will be an integral part of our creative and content strategy and assist in working with the Creative Directors on various projects under the company’s umbrella. This role will report to the Creative Director and work closely with other members of the team to help develop, execute, and maintain creative initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of creative projects, collaborating with the Creative Directors and other team members
- Work with the Creative Directors in collaborating with businesses, creators, athletes and influencers to build relationships and create engaging content.
- Oversee and maintain the creative vision across various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
- Assist in the development and execution of creative campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and events, to ensure consistent brand messaging and creative direction
- Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices to incorporate into the company’s social media strategy
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in digital, marketing, communications, video, production or a related field
- A creative eye for storytelling and the ability to bring stories to life through text, video & audio
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g.Instagram, Twitter, TikTok,YouTube Shorts, Facebook, etc.)
- Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with team and clients building strong relationships
- Experience in graphic design, preferably using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva is a plus
- Experience in video editing, preferably using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Davinci Resolve is a plus
- Must be local to the Tri-State area surrounding New York

- Academic Credit: Interns will receive academic credit for their participation in the program through their College Program.
