Join the Penn Alumni Career Design Fellowship; a flexible 30-day online program that will give you the clarity, plan, and confidence you need to figure out exactly what comes next for your career.
The Career Design Fellowship is ideal for you if you’re:
- Feeling stressed, burned out or not using your strengths at work
- Uncertain about what comes next for your current career
- Transitioning to a new phase of life and want to reinvent your career
- Curious about what else might fit you better than where you are now
The Fellowship is scheduled to start on March 4, 2023 and participants will spend about five hours a week completing assignments independently, participating in weekly team video conference working sessions, 1 on 1 calls with a partner, and leveraging the whole community.
