Employers are often confused about the work visa options available to allow international student to work in the US after graduation. This is particularly true these days, with changes in immigration law and policy changing on a regular basis. We have invited immigration attorney Mark Rhoads to provide information on the most common work visa options available, including Optional Practical Training and the H1B, and to discuss some of the recent changes in the H1B program.
