Workforce Recruitment Program – Federal Government Referral Program for Students with Disabilities

The Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) connects federal agencies with college students and recent graduates with disabilities seeking to demonstrate their abilities in the workplace through internships or long-term jobs. Student registration for the Fall 2025 program starts August 25, 2025 and ends on Friday, October 10th, 2025.

Current, full-time undergraduate or graduate students with disabilities, and recent graduates who received a postsecondary degree on or after April 1, 2023, from a U.S. accredited college or university, are eligible to apply for the WRP in fall 2025. Part-time students can apply if they meet certain criteria. Candidates must be U.S. citizens who are eligible for the federal Schedule A hiring authority.
