It lets you follow structured skill paths or dip into short videos, often with practice files, to quickly build specific competencies (for example, Excel for data analysis, project management basics, or presenting to non‑experts). New AI‑powered features within LinkedIn Learning include an AI coaching assistant that answers questions in real time, recommends tailored courses based on your goals, and an AI Role Play tool where you can simulate interviews, networking conversations, or difficult workplace discussions via text or voice, get personalized feedback on your responses, and receive targeted course suggestions to strengthen your communication and interview skills.
