Senior Associate Director, Engineering Undergrad
Jamie Grant (C’98, GEd’99), Senior Associate Director, supports undergraduates and undergraduate alumni from Penn Engineering. Jamie joined Penn Career Services in 2009, bringing advising expertise that spans a wide variety of industries and academic paths as well as a depth of experience supporting international and first-generation/low income students.
A native of the greater Philadelphia area, Jamie earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Education in Psychological Services from the University of Pennsylvania (Go Quakers!). Outside of the office, Jamie explores the world as often as possible with her two children and enjoys music, sports, baking, reading, and trivia of all kinds.

Dustin Miller, M.Ed. is an Associate Director at Penn Career Services supporting undergraduate students and alumni in the College of Arts and Sciences. Dustin joined Penn Career Services in 2023 and previously worked with students in the School of Engineering and Applied Science. Prior to Penn, he worked at Immaculata University as the Assistant Director of Career Counseling before transitioning into the Director of Student Life role, as well as teaching a First Year Seminar course, Your Habits and You. He has a passion for empowering students to navigate the interview process in full along with helping to build up personal confidence! He also has a special interest of working with athletes and assisting in the identity shift that often occurs after the playing days are over. Dustin resides in the Greater Philadelphia Area with his wife, Patricia, and their cat, Benny. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from McDaniel College as well as a Master of Education in Student Affairs in Higher Education Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Outside of the office, Dustin is a big Philly sports fan and an avid cheesesteak lover!

Associate Director, Engineering Undergrad
Jon Niles serves as the Associate Director at Career Services, providing comprehensive support to undergraduates and undergraduate alumni within the Penn Engineering. Prior to this role, he held positions as a Career Counselor and Coordinator of Employment Outreach at the University of the District of Columbia. Jon holds a M.Ed. in Counselor Education with a specialization in Career Counseling from the Pennsylvania State University. He is deeply committed to assisting Penn students and alumni in their pursuit of meaningful and purposeful careers. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Jon enjoys exploring the greater Philadelphia area by bicycle and enthusiastically cheering on the city’s sports teams.

Ella is a graduate of Lehigh University, where she played lacrosse and majored in Journalism. After graduation, Ella began her career in education living abroad in London and working as a PE instructor for an independent all-girls school. Most recently she worked for the Council on International Educational Exchange as a project manager contributing to recruitment, communication, operations, events, and alumni engagement. Ella currently lives in the Philly suburbs with her husband and two energetic boys. In her free time, she enjoys summer days at the beach, live music, and spending time with her family!
