Interview Room Reservation

Career Services manages two small rooms in 3935 Walnut Street (second floor) for students to reserve for virtual interviews. The rooms are available Monday – Friday from 9:15 – 4:30 when classes are in session for a maximum of three hours per day. (See FAQ here.) Reservations can be made here. 

If these rooms are already reserved or students are seeking space outside of the hours noted above, we recommend checking availability of group study locations in the Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center, Holman Biotech Commons or the Education Commons, all managed in one reservation system by the Penn Libraries – availability calendar & reservations can be made here.  Additional group study rooms are available in Houston Hall, or be sure to inquire within your home school for availability of GSRs, phone call booths and the like. 

Each location and reservation system/process has its own guidelines, such as potential time limitations (i.e. some of the library locations have a reservation limit of 2-3 hours, and so may not be adequate for longer or full-day interviews).  With any questions on policies, concerns or special requests, please contact the Penn Libraries staff or the location with whom you’ve requested to reserve a space.
